Page4 Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Page4. By creating an account or calling any Page4 API, you agree to these terms. We will notify registered users at least 30 days before any material change.

1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including agent and API key usage.
You may not create accounts for other people without their consent, and you may not transfer your account without our written approval.
2. What you can publish
Page4 is a safe-publishing platform. You may publish content you own or have the right to share. You may not publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes self-harm.
We use automated risk scanning (phishing keywords, wallet seed leak patterns, brand impersonation) to flag suspicious pages for review. We may temporarily suspend or take down content that fails review while we investigate.
3. Agent and API use
You may grant Page4 API keys and OAuth grants to AI agents and third-party tools. You remain responsible for content published through those credentials. Agents must not be used to evade takedowns, mass-publish spam, or impersonate.
API rate limits, per-plan publish quotas, and agent grant limits are listed at /pricing. Exceeding limits returns standard 4xx errors and does not constitute breach.
4. Safe-mode rendering
Page4 renders user content through DOMPurify with a strict allowlist and a hardened Content Security Policy. Arbitrary JavaScript is not allowed in published pages. Mode 2 controlled interactivity (FAQ toggles, table search, etc.) runs only the official Page4 bundle.
We do not bypass this rendering layer for any customer. If your use case requires custom code execution, the optional Custom Runtime sandbox (Dev / Enterprise plans) provides an isolated origin with explicit policy.
5. Takedown, abuse, and the public-domain reputation
page4.you reputation is shared by all publishers. We may take down or restrict any content that endangers the domain reputation, even if not strictly illegal. Affected publishers will receive notice and may appeal via support.
Public pages include a Report link in the footer. Reports trigger admin review; confirmed abuse is removed and may result in account suspension.
6. Billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for the term you select. We do not store card numbers. You may cancel at any time from the Customer Portal; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
We provide a 30-day deletion grace period: if you cancel, your data is retained as soft-deleted for 30 days and then hard-deleted. You may export via the REST API at any time.
7. Service availability
Service-Level Objectives (SLO) by plan are published at /pricing. We do not currently offer SLA credits for the Free plan. Status of platform components is at /status; planned maintenance is announced at /changelog.
We may modify or discontinue features with notice; we will not silently break published pages. Migrations that change URL or rendering will provide at least 30 days of dual-running where feasible.
8. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to content you publish. By using Page4 you grant us a limited license to store, render, and deliver your content via the platform. We do not train AI models on customer content.
Page4 platform code, design system, PageSpec schema, and brand assets are owned by us. You may not reuse them outside the platform without permission.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Page4 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the operating entity's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted.
10. Changes to these terms
We will notify registered users by email and dashboard banner at least 30 days before any material change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Non-material changes (typos, formatting, link updates) may be made without notice and will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
